Tenfold sales: multi-channel strategy and e-commerce redesign

The customer approached us with an initial request focused on increasing online sales. However, several questions were raised along the way to improve the site's functionality.

We have refined our business analysis and strategies by taking a 360 approach to evolving requests. We have provided various forms of support to Ice Epoxy to achieve a successful global solution.

• Redesign of the Shopify transactional site;
• Define SMART objectives to define priority objectives and achieve measurable sales results;
• Development of a social strategy, including a mood board to maintain a coherent brand and social media animation;
• Advertising offensives and optimization of continuous conversion campaigns;
• SEO audit resulting in a monthly SEO improvement strategy;
• Creation of printed advertising tools, including a 3D booth for a Vegas trade show.

We would have had to add numerous plugins/extensions or spend more time on development to accommodate the customer's requests for site improvements. However, these modifications would have slowed down the transactional website and not provided cost benefits. 

We proposed transferring the site to a more optimal Shopify theme to maintain transparency and adhere to the budget.

• The optimization of the Google Ads and Facebook conversion campaigns reached a ROAS of over 3000% and above 4000%, respectively;
• The e-commerce site of Ice Epoxy is now much faster and more efficient;
