The customer approached us with an initial request focused on increasing online sales. However, several questions were raised along the way to improve the site's functionality.

The challenge

We would have had to add numerous plugins/extensions or spend more time on development to accommodate the customer's requests for site improvements. However, these modifications would have slowed down the transactional website and not provided cost benefits. 

We proposed transferring the site to a more optimal Shopify theme to maintain transparency and adhere to the budget.

  • The optimization of the Google Ads and Facebook conversion campaigns reached a ROAS of over 3000% and above 4000%, respectively;
