The mandate

Extra Multi-Ressources is a placement agency that has been active in the recruitment field in Quebec for more than 30 years. Previously specialized in the transportation industry, the company had to diversify its offer to respond to market trends and cover more sectors.

Today, Extra Multi-Ressources recruits in various fields, including accounting, administrative support, transportation, skilled trades, engineering, call centres, warehousing and manufacturing, as well as management and senior management.

Webit Interactive’s mandate was to come up with a new visual identity that would be in line with the client’s brand redesign. Our team also developed a customized job posting tool that allows all recruiters to manage their job postings on the website independently.

The challenge

Webit’s key challenge was to shake off Extra Multi-Ressources’ traditional transport industry image. The new website had to reflect this shift, while taking into account that it’s one of the main elements that attracts potential candidates to recruiters.

Our approach

To begin with, our team analyzed the competition to help guide the new visual identity creation process. Then, we sent several different UX and UI proposals to the client, which allowed our creative team to develop a unique interface that differed from other recruitment sites. As a result, the Extra Multi-Resources website features level-based access and flexible modules that allow users to post on it autonomously.
