Located in the heart of the nation’s capital, Saint Paul University in Ottawa, founded in 1848, is the founding college of the University of Ottawa. With a 175-year history, this bilingual institution offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs.
Saint Paul University is distinguished by its open approach to the Catholic intellectual tradition. It encourages the free exploration of knowledge through an ongoing dialogue between faith, reason, and culture.
We understood that the client's website, while functional, was not fully aligned with its growth objectives. A complete overhaul was necessary to ensure that the website was a true reflection of the client's aspirations and potential.
Our mission was to implement a sustainable solution that consolidates and increases traffic while promoting a strong brand image.
We also had to improve the site's natural visibility through SEO optimizations while improving the user experience (UX) to offer smooth and intuitive navigation to users.
For this project, we undertook a complete overhaul of the client's website, focusing on a modern artistic orientation in line with the brand identity. We also worked on the scripting of the content to offer a smooth and optimized customer journey.
As part of this mandate, we installed a royalty-free CSM (Content management system) (WordPress), integrated strategic calls to action, and scrupulously respected the client's brand image.
The objective was to improve the user experience while consolidating the effectiveness of the company's digital strategy.
We have also modernized the USP admission and management process. We have designed an intuitive and efficient platform that simplifies the candidates' lives while optimizing the university's administrative work.
Using a collaborative approach, we have succeeded in creating:
- a complete and intuitive administration interface;
- a smooth and intuitive online application process;
- a seamless integration with the university's existing system and processes;
- a neat UX/UI design reflecting the institution's identity is needed.
